How to access our FTP server

For our customers with large artwork files, we supply an FTP server for you to send us this data.

Our FTP site is ftp1.brannerprinting.com

Contact your Salesperson or Customer Service Representative for User Name and Password  

For PC Internet Explorer Users

In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, choose Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab. Scroll down to find and uncheck "Use Passive Ftp (For Firewall And Dsl Modem Compatibility)." Then, go to the "View" menu and select "Open Ftp Site In Windows Explorer." The FTP should open.

For Mac Users

Uncheck "Use Passive Ftp Mode (Pasv)" in the System > Preferences > Network > Configure > Proxies Pane.
